Before you all tell me off for my loss this week, i have checked with the doctor, and have been told because of the meal replacement im on big losses in the first few weeks are normal, but eventually they will slow down to a 2lb loss, its just the more you have to lose the faster it comes off at first. Im feeling really well and all my checks were good so if docs happy so am i.
I started a shake replacement 15 days ago, as i have a tummy disease and no other diet was working to control this, so was recomended to start a shake diet to ease symptoms, give everything a rest, and also help me lose some lbs to help my insides cope better. So far so good, and my condition has almost completely gone away, i havent had to take my pills for it in 10 days, and havent had to take painkillers in 12 days. So all in all its great. On top of this i have loads of energy, my skin is glowing, and im losing weight.
On this diet you do have normal meals too, you have a shake for breakfast then a snack, then a shake for dinner, then a snack, then tea of protein and veg (no carbs), then a snack, then supper. The aim is to eat every 2 hours or so, and on average you have 1400 calories a day, plus the shakes have all the vitamins and minerals you need, so its an all round balanced meal system, and totally healthy.
Well now down to my weight loss i did 5lbs loss this week, that takes me down to 208lbs and 9lbs away from one-derland, i deffo feel i will be there by my birthday now.
Hope you all have a good week ahead. xx
