Im having a week off the diet!

In the last 2 weeks i have gained and lost 2lbs so am back to where i was 2 weeks ago. Im feeling a little down with the diet im on and think i need to change it, now if i do i gain a few lbs by going on another diet untill my body adjusts, and that gets to me even more.

So i have decided as its my birthday week this week and i have lots of days out, meals and a party planned im going to take a whole week off and start next sunday on weight watchers. I recon the gain will be a little more than it would going straight onto weight watchers but am prepared for this. Everyone needs a break!

Does anyone else ever just take a week off? I feel if i dont im going to snapp and eat eat eat untill i gain all i lost back.

4 weeks gone on new diet and 16 1/2 inches of fat gone

I measured myself when i started this new diet 4 weeks ago and again today, i was amazed to find i had lost 16 1/2 inches from all over my body. The most was 3 inches on my hips followed by joint second 2 inches off butt and waist. Im totally amazed as im not exercising at the moment. Well i am walking but no more than i did before. I think this has just given me the boost i need to start toning and exercising more.

Really enjoying this diet at the moment, have loads more energy, and feel so much  better for it.

cheat night, weight loss and 2 red stars.

I am so so happy today, as you know last weekend i cheated on my diet, but the next day i was straight back on it. Well seems i was lucky this time and the fat didnt catch up with me. I lost 3lbs this week and gained my second red star. Woohoo!!!!!

Im now only 4lbs from one-derland and have 19 days to get there. I really think im going to reach my target by my birthday!!!!

Hope you all have a great weekend, and some great losses this week. xxxx

Being totally honest about cheat night.

Im going to come right out and say it, im not going to hide it, being honest is the key to weight loss.

Last night i let myself down, i had alcohol, fattening foods, chocolate and crisp. The diet went well and truely out of the window. But im not going to beat myself up over it i felt i needed to let myself go, i have been super duper good for the last 3 weeks and no one can be 100% good 100% of the time. So the little blip is over and today im back on that waggon, and i have set blip night number 2 to 3 weeks time, to give myself something to look forward to, and remind myself im not a big fat diet bore.

Hope you all had and are having a lovely weekend! xxx

Weigh day week 3 and another loss.

Well my weight loss has now slowed down to a much safer loss like the doctor promised. Im hoping it stays steady now and i lose roughly the same every week.

Loss this week 2lbs, total loss to date 18lbs.

Im now only 7lbs away from one-derland and have 26 days to get there.

Wish me luck.

Hope you all have a fantastic weekend and have amazing losses. xxx

9lbs to one-derland weight loss wk2 take 2

Before you all tell me off for my loss this week, i have checked with the doctor, and have been told because of the meal replacement im on big losses in the first few weeks are normal, but eventually they will slow down to a 2lb loss, its just the more you have to lose the faster it comes off at first. Im feeling really well and all my checks were good so if docs happy so am i.

I started a shake replacement 15 days ago, as i have a tummy disease and no other diet was working to control this, so was recomended to start a shake diet to ease symptoms, give everything a rest, and also help me lose some lbs to help my insides cope better. So far so good, and my condition has almost completely gone away, i havent had to take my pills for it in 10 days, and havent had to take painkillers in 12 days. So all in all its great. On top of this i have loads of energy, my skin is glowing, and im losing weight.

On this diet you do have normal meals too, you have a shake for breakfast then a snack, then a shake for dinner, then a snack, then tea of protein and veg (no carbs), then a snack, then supper. The aim is to eat every 2 hours or so, and on average you have 1400 calories a day, plus the shakes have all the vitamins and minerals you need, so its an all round balanced meal system, and totally healthy.

Well now down to my weight loss i did 5lbs loss this week, that takes me down to 208lbs and 9lbs away from one-derland, i deffo feel i will be there by my birthday now.

Hope you all have a good week ahead. xx

I really want to be in one-derland by the 5th October?

I really want to lose enough weight to be in one-derland by my birthday, Im currently at 213 so it means a 14lb loss, do you think im pushing things wanting that loss in that time? or is it achieveable? Its just a little over a month away?

weight loss week 1

Well today is the end of week 1 on my new diet, as some of you know i did recently fall off the wagon but im well and truely back on it this week.

total loss this week 7lbs!!! woohoo whoop whoop whoop 3 more lbs and im back to my weight loss before falling off.

Aim for next week those extra 3lbs, then down to 2lbs a week after.

Hope everyone else has a happy weigh in this week. :0) xxx

Tomorrow is weigh day

Im so looking forward to tomorrows weigh day as i had a sneek preview on wed lol.

I have been on a replacement meal diet this week, mainly to help with tummy problem aswell as losing weight. I have results all ready with tummy problem as feel great and have not had to take my meds for the first time in well forever. I really feel this is the diet for me, as it also takes all temptation away. You have a shake for breakfast, one for lunch, 4 x allowable snax and a main meal. how good is that. Im eating every 2 hours or so, and today for the first time dont feel hungry. My skin is also looking much better. (thats prob with all the water u have to drink).

I have just bought another 4 weeks worth in the sale so was a right bargain too. No getting out of it now i have made my commitment, and these shakes need drinking.

Well see you all tomorrow with my loss results :0) x

arrggghhhhhhhhh everyones eating around me

Have you ever noticed when your on a diet everyone around you seems to be eating? Why dont you notice this when you yourself are not on a diet? There are constant tv ads for mcds, kfc, pizza hut, chocolate, crisp etc. A million and 1 takeaway leaflets come through your door, and everyone asks you out for meals and partys. WHY????????
